No Children
This property is not suitable for children under the age of 4 due to safety concerns such as the glass staircase and ungated pool. For the safety of all, please adhere to this policy.
No Smoking
Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. Violation of this rule will result in an immediate fine and potential eviction without refund.
No Parties or Events
This is a quiet retreat for relaxation. Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
No Unregistered Guests
Only the registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors or overnight guests are permitted.
Maximum Occupancy
The property can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.
No Pets
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the property.
